The Big Picture – Your Life (this isn’t a dress rehearsal)

  • Am I living up to my full potential?
  • Am I living my best life — and what could make it even better?
  • Do I have a clear vision for my life that I’m actively pursuing, or am I just “getting by”?
  • How well am I doing at staying awake — noticing myself do life (without judgment, just awareness, seeing my tendencies )?

Your Career, Professional Identity & Results

  • What parts of my work do I enjoy most — and how can I do more of them?
  • What parts do I enjoy least — and how can I minimize them or shift my mindset about them?
  • What’s my long-term vision for my career, and am I positioning myself for growth and financial success?
  • How are my key professional relationships (boss, peers, customers)? Am I investing in making them the best they can be?
  • Am I clear about my strengths and weaknesses, and am I setting myself up for success each day?

Your Health and Well Being

  • How am I doing at caring for my physical and mental health?
  • Are there one or two practices (exercise, meditation, hobbies, sleep, nutrition) when added that would have a big impact on my well-being?
  • How’s my mindset as I start each day? (confident, optimistic or worried and worn out)
  • How balanced is my work and personal life?
  • How are my personal relationships — are they supporting my happiness or draining my energy?
  • Do I have a healthy relationship with my phone and social media, or could I be more intentional about my use?
